WHAT IS RIZE?
RIZE is a digital streaming service that gives its subscribers and COMBAT SPORTS fanatics access to LIVE MMA EVENTS and hours of combat sports content. RIZEX is available 24/7, 365 days throughout the year and features all original content.
WHAT CAN I WATCH ON THE RIZE APP?
The RIZE app features FREE limited combat sports content. The RIZEX subscription section of the RIZE app has access to LIVE events and hours of the latest fights and exclusive content only found on RIZEX
HOW MUCH DOES RIZEX COST?
RIZEX is a month to month subscription costing $4.99 (US), but discounted rates are available for 12-month subscriptions. Checkout www.rizefc.com/live-mma for pricing in your territory.
WHICH DEVICES CAN I STREAM RIZE ON?
RIZE is available on thousands of devices, including Laptops, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, iPad, iPhone, Android devices, Chromecast, and Roku.
ARE LIVE RIZE PAY-PER-VIEW EVENTS INCLUDED IN RIZEX?
RIZE Pay-Per-View events are available as a separate purchase with 24 hour access and are separate from RIZEX subscription depending on your country.
HOW SOON DO RECENT RIZE PAY-PER-VIEW EVENTS GET ADDED TO THE RIZEX LIBRARY?
RIZE Pay-Per-View events are added to the RIZEX about 30 days after the event has taken place.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS RIZE AVAILABLE?
RIZE is available worldwide but some available content may vary by location and will change from time to time due to local television broadcast restrictions.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESUME MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” tab on the top of the RIZE app or web page.
Click on the “MY SUBSCRIPTIONS” tab.
On the ACTIONS section click “Cancel Subscription” and when asked to confirm click “Yes, Cancel Subscription.”
You can resume access to RIZEX at any time as long as your payment information is up-to-date.
iPhone/iPad App: Go to Settings– ITunes & app Store, Tap on View Apple ID, In the Subscriptions, Tap on Manage button, You will see your subscription to cancel. You can contact iTunes to request a refund through the page located at https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action. You need to select iTunes then iTunes Store. From there click on Purchases, Billing & Redemption and select Apple ID account billing. Then follow the prompts to set up a call to speak with them.
Android App: Go to payments.google.com. Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts. Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription. You can visit the page below for additional information. https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2476088?hl=en

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION, RESET MY PASSWORD, OR UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT?
To update your account information, log in then click the “ACCOUNT” tab. From that page and you will be able to make any necessary changes to your account.
If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, after logging in on the right side of the screen, click the link that says, “Forgot your username or password?” You will be taken to a screen that asks for your e-mail address. Enter your valid e-mail address associated with your RIZE account and you will receive an e-mail with your username and password.
WHY AM I SEEING A MESSAGE THAT MY PAYMENT METHOD IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
RIZE was unable to collect a payment because the card issuer or financial institution rejected the monthly charge. Please go to ACCOUNT/PAYMENT METHODS to update or change your payment method. We will immediately verify the new information, and if approved by your issuer, you can continue enjoying RIZEX again.
